The School Age Child Care program provides high-quality and affordable after-school care to The Central Square program was one of the first school age programs in the nation to receive accreditation, and the first in Massachusetts. The program offers sliding scale fees based on a family’s income level. The Social Centers use a multi-cultural curriculum, which includes: storytelling; arts and crafts; child-created newsletter; access to computers; performing arts; organized sports; science projects; swimming; and special events and field trips within the community and greater Boston. We also provide for free play; homework assistance; individual, small and large group time, and individual and family counseling services to best meet the needs of all children within our care.
